Welcome

About Me
I'm Ricca, and for over 20 years and over 30,000 sessions, I've been walking alongside women as they find their way back to themselves. I'm an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner, certified in Hypnosis, Trauma-Informed Coaching, and Massage Therapy. Still, long before I had any of those titles, I was simply a listener, a witness, someone who could hold space unconditionally and hear the story locked inside them.
I teach the old ways through myth, symbol, and archetype because that's the language the deep inner mind understands. But I'm not just telling stories. Everything I do is wrapped in valid neuroscience. My approach combines somatic healing with nervous system regulation, creating a transformation that doesn't come from willpower or forcing yourself to be different. It comes from belonging, safety, and being truly witnessed.
